Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Fiorelise jewel. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal. The product must be returned intact, in original packaging and unused.
Custom products
Made-to-order jewelry (via the Personalizza section) is excluded from the right of withdrawal, per art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
Return procedure
Use the withdrawal button at /withdrawal ("Withdrawal / Returns" link in the footer, or from your account next to the order): enter your order number and email and submit the request in one click. Alternatively write to fiorelisejewels@gmail.com. You'll receive instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless there is a demonstrable production defect. As these are handcrafted pieces, slight variations in colour, shape or placement of the dried flowers are part of each piece's unique character and do not constitute a defect; we always handle requests with common sense.
Refund times
Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the return, on the same payment method used.
Damaged products
If you receive a damaged or non-conforming item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange replacement or full refund.
