Contract conclusion
The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by email.
Prices
Prices are in Euros. Transaction not subject to VAT pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, Italian Law 190/2014 (regime forfettario / flat-rate scheme). Shipping costs shown at checkout.
Invoicing
Upon request the Owner issues electronic invoice with note: "Operation carried out pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 54-89 of Law 190/2014 - Flat-rate scheme - Stamp duty of €2.00 paid on the original for amounts exceeding €77.47". To request an invoice specify billing details in order notes or write to fiorelisejewels@gmail.com.
Payments
We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through secure gateways.
Availability
Being handcrafted pieces, availability is limited. If unavailable the amount is fully refunded.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, except for personalized items. See Refund Policy.

Jurisdiction
Any dispute is subject to the consumer's place of residence.
