    Shipping

    We ship our jewels with care, throughout Europe.

    Processing time

    Each jewel is prepared by hand. Processing time: 3-5 working days before shipping.

    Delivery times

    Italy: 2-4 working days. Europe: 5-10 working days.

    Shipping costs

    Italy: €5 — free for orders of €80 or more. European Union: €10.50 — free for orders of €150 or more. Exact costs are always shown at checkout before payment.

    Tracking

    You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. You can also follow the shipment from your account area.

    Couriers

    BRT via the Packlink platform, for both Italy and the European Union. Home delivery.

    Packaging

    Packaging included: padded cardboard box. External packaging PAP22 (paper recycling); internal packaging PE7 (plastic recycling). Please check your municipality's local rules.

    Failed delivery

    If the parcel isn't picked up within the courier's window and returns to us, contact us to rearrange shipping (cost borne by customer).

    Customs duties and import taxes

    For shipments outside the European Union (e.g. UK, Switzerland, USA) any customs duties, import VAT, taxes and clearance fees are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees. Refusing the parcel to avoid paying such fees will not entitle the recipient to a refund of shipping costs.
